Agreement
These terms govern your use of Noabike products, services, applications, software, equipment, website, and related support. By using the services, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these terms or have the required consent.
Service scope
Noabike provides access to electric mobility products, related parking or pickup locations, application features, maintenance, charging support, personnel, and information needed to use the service responsibly.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, secure credentials, lawful payment methods, and all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Orders and availability
You may use Noabike services to search, book, and rent available products. Orders may be accepted or rejected for inventory, price, operational, or compliance reasons. Applicable refunds will follow the relevant transaction status.
Important riding rules
Use the vehicle competently, follow local laws, respect restricted areas, do not tamper with equipment, and do not use phones, alcohol, or drugs while riding. Route choice and riding behavior remain your responsibility.
Safety first
Wear a helmet and use protective equipment. Check the vehicle before riding, adapt to weather and road conditions, and ride carefully. In the event of an accident, Noabike support is limited to reasonable first response and assistance as described in the full terms.
